If you are brand new to functional fitness & athletic based training but ready to explore the most effective, results based strength & conditioning program in Southeast Texas, register for our Beginner Training Camp. The next one starts Monday, September 19th at 11:30am!   

In this camp we will assess your current level of ability by conducting a variety of strength, endurance, skill, & flexibility tests over the course of 6 weeks. After the 6 week assessment period, we will help you to construct your personal fitness improvement plan which will enable you to eventually achieve YOUR Elite Fitness Performance level. This program is for those who are looking to lose weight, gain weight, tone up, or improve performance in any sport. 

As a beginner trainee, will attend 3-4 group classes per week for 6 weeks and over that time, learn about the fundamentals of functional exercises and athletic based training, performance/weight loss nutrition, and relaxation & recovery methods (mobility, flexibility, supplementation). You will also get 1 hour of personal training to work on your specific development areas..

WHO CAN JOIN?
*Open to kids and adults.
*No age limit.(Even if you're in your 90's we can make you stronger)
*Male or Female

Upon graduating from this training camp, athletes have the option to continue group training with our team at Ternion Athletics, transfer their skills to another program, or train on their own using the Ternion methods. For those that choose to train on their own after the bootcamp, we offer complimentary home gym design and buildout services as well as custom workout programming and remote coaching.
