3 team leaders have been selected to guide teams into the health improvement battlefield. Training, Nutrition, Recovery. In this competition you will be competing as a member of team and becoming more disciplined in all 3 areas. All points earned by you will count towards your team total. The team with the most points after 30 days will win the Team challenge. We will also award the top 3 individual performers. 

Why should I join this challenge?

You will learn about the fundamentals of proper nutrition and what impact your intake has on the way you look, feel, and perform. We hope to use the data acquired here to further understand our body and how it responds to nutrition and training
